Cabins Hecla Manitoba Parks Reservations Service

These cabins are in Hecla / Grindstone Provincial Park, approximately (115 miles) north of Winnipeg. The park can be reached via HWY. 8 Hecla is a unique recreational area with facilities concentrated in the Gull Harbour area. The park offers a natural scenic haven for people and wildlife. The cabins are laid out as a pedestrian oriented complex with the parking lots apart from, but adjacent to, the cabins. The result is a peaceful secluded vacation area. Within easy reach of the cabins are the lakeshore, the beaches, a hiking trail, golf course, boat launch, dock, and the amphitheater in the campground. Available for rent are 15 one-room cabins which can accommodate two, four or six persons. In the four persons units, the sleeping accommodations include a fold-out couch and two single cots.
