Deer Lodge Centre

Deer Lodge Centre is a progressive 487 bed long term care and rehabilitation facility providing a variety of in-patient, out-patient and outreach programs to the community. The lodge serves adults with complex needs who require rehabilitation and specialized care for long term health concerns. Ongoing education is a key component for ensuring a quality of life and care for staff and residents at the Centre.

There is a Life and Learning Centre built in response to a growing demand for education services, spiritual growth and an increasing awareness of services to the community. Personal services include auxiliary, barber and hairdressing.

Chad's Place (popular bar for family and friends), Dancing Bear Gift Shop and Resident and Family Council are located on the Mezzanine level of the Tower Building overlooking Portage Avenue. The J.W. Crane Memorial Library of Gerontology and Geriatrics is Canada's largest and best known special library on aging.
