Silver Goose Lodge was founded in the 1990's, and operates mainly for goose hunting, moose hunting and tourist accommodations. It is located at York Factory at the Hayes River in the Hudson Bay region. For hundreds of years, canoes have traveled the Red River from the United States to Lake Winnipeg, Nelson River, God's River and then onto the Hayes River to York Factory. The lodge has spacious fully serviced cabins with generator lighting.
