Comments: In October 2006 my brother in law came to your hospital.He was discharged saying there was no problem, maybe a back problem. this problem turned out to be lung cancer. there is no one there that knows anything. At that time he had no insurance because of lapse in work. That should have no bearing re his care. now its jan 2008 he now has insurance and every test imaginable is being done but, guess what its a little late as hospice is already in the home

Comments: I think this is one of the worst hospitals in the metropolitan area. I have been trying to find out if a friend, who I may have saved his life is a alive or dead. You can go to any hospital in the area and get a room number or telephone number to call an check on their status. But not your low graded hospital. Thank God their are other hospitals in the area. I put Southern Maryland Hospital on the same level as old DC General Hosptial. Low Class.
