FRANK'S BAKE SHOP traces it's roots to 1945 when, following a long career in baking, Frank Soucy, Sr. joined sons Joe and Frank, Jr in initiating their own venture. Soon outgrowing it's original location on Hancock St., the bakery was moved to its present location in 1947. "Frank's" remains a family-controlled business.
