The Inn at Bay Ledge, literally clinging to the cliffs of Mt. Desert Island and overlooking Frenchman Bay, offers rooms in the main inn as well as cottage rooms. All guest rooms have king or queen four-poster or canopy beds, private baths, designer linens, down comforters and feather beds. The three cottage accommodations share one structure but are constructed so that each has its own private porch. All of these spacious accommodations are appointed with wicker furnishings, a king- or queen-sized bed, large stone fireplace and bathrooms with showers. Each morning a lavish full breakfast is presented in the sunroom.
