Hope Library, serving an area of 1,320 residents, has a collection of 6,000 books and periodicals. Internet terminals are available for use by the general public. Staffing consists solely of volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $600. Patrons make 1,200 visits annually, and check out materials 420 times. Twenty-four percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
