New England Outdoor Center

New England Outdoor Center offers private or group instruction at its beautiful Penobscot River location, for beginners, advanced beginners and intermediate kayakers. Activities includes whitewater rafting, kayaking/canoeing instruction, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, moose tours, river guide training, youth adventure programs, and project graduation. The Center also arranges facilities for lodging and meal packages. The River Drivers Restaurant in their Rice Farm base in Millinocket offers creative fine dining with a full bar.
