The famous salad bar, introduced in 1965, now boasts over 70 items, including homemade relishes, breads, salads, and accompaniments, all meticulously hand prepared using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Maxfield's also offers bountiful buffets and nightly specials. A variety of wines are available, including dessert wines, sparkling and fruit wines, red, and white.
