This is the only park in the system that offers nightly musical performances by world-renowned artists from June through August. This is possible because of the Interlochen National Music Camp being located just adjacent to the park. The park offers more camping opportunities than any park in the state having 490 campsites situated between Duck and Green Lakes. Camping facilities open April 15 to November 1.
