Fishing for bluegill, perch, crappie, largemouth and smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, and sturgeon is good at Ostego Lake. The nearby campgrounds offer 30 spaces. A picnic area with shelter and a sandy beach on the lake are also found here and are for day use as well as for campers.
