The breakfast and dinner menus of Wilte's Brew Pub includes country-fried chicken, char broiled chopped steak, new chicken picatta, seafood fettuccine, buttermilk pancakes, jumbo fantail shrimp, yellow fin tuna, sirloin steak, herb encrusted prime rib, steak and eggs, western omelet, ham and cheese classic. They also serve blooming onion, cheese sticks, conch fritters, French dip, Santa Fe chicken salad, jumbo wet burrito, half pound burgers, and Wiltse's fishwich. It serves prime rib and seafood buffet every Saturday night. Wilte's banquet hall is available for wedding receptions, banquets, parties, dinners, and events.
