Spirit of Ausable offers sport fishing for lake trout and salmon on Ausable River. Captain Jim Moon has twenty years experience as a charter captain and thirty-two years of fishing experience for salmon in the Ausable River area. "Spirit" is a 25-foot sports craft, equipped with high quality fishing gear and the latest electronic fishing technology. It has an enclosed passenger cabin for all weather fishing. There is also a cuddy cabin equipped with a flushable and sanitary marine toilet, providing complete privacy. All tackle and equipment is furnished. The boat is inspected and licensed by the State of Michigan.
