South Haven

South Haven is located in Van Buren County west of Kalamazoo between Holland and Benton Harbor along Interstate 196 on the banks of the Black River near the shore of Lake Michigan. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 5,296, a decrease of 267 since 1990.

South Haven is part of the Grand Rapids-Muskegon-Holland, Michigan metro area.
