Bagley is located in
Clearwater County (of which it is the county seat) west of Bemidji on Hwy 92 at its junction with US 2 near White Earth Indian Reservation in the
Woods and Waters Region. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,386, a decrease of two since 1990.
