In the
Woods and Waters Region, Crosby is located in
Crow Wing County. The Cuyuna Range was once known for its mining; now it is known for its mine pit lakes in the Brainerd Lakes Recreation Area. At the center of the Cuyuna Range are Ironton, Deerwood and Crosby - the official antique capital of the lakes area.
Crosby is found on Hwy 210 northeast of Brainerd.
The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 2,193, an increase of 120 since 1990.
