Fairmont

In the Historic Prairies Region, Fairmont is located in Martin County (of which it is the county seat) in south central Minnesota between Jackson and Blue Earth on Hwy 165 near Budd Lake. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 10,862, a decrease of 403 since 1990.
