Groveland Gallery is located in a restored 1890's mansion on the edge of downtown Minneapolis. It was established in 1973 to showcase the work of established Midwestern artists. Since that time Groveland has become one of the region's most prominent galleries. It specializes in contemporary art by regional artists with an emphasis on representational painting and drawing. The gallery presents eight exhibitions per year. In addition, the gallery offers a wide range of consulting and curatorial services including appraisals, collection management and development, and artist commissions.
