In the
Historic Prairies Region, Worthington is located on I-90, where it meets with US 69 and Hwy 60, just north of the Iowa state line. It is the seat of
Nobles County. Lake Okabena is within the city, and Otheda Lake and Kilen Woods State Park are nearby.
