John Wornall House Museum |
In 1858 John Bristow Wornall completed his brick farmhouse that stood in the center of a 500 acre farm. During the Battle of Westport in 1864, both armies used the farmhouse as a field hospital. Today the house has been restored to its original period to interpret the daily lives of a frontier farm family.
