SSM St. Joseph Health Center is located in historic downtown St. Charles, and has been serving the needs of the community since 1885. It has grown structurally, technologically, as well as in human resources, to meet the needs of a growing community. The 364-bed hospital excels in many areas, including open heart surgery, TMR, cardiac caths, trauma, sleep medicine, obstetrics, surgical services, oncology, vascular surgery, orthopedics and more. SSM St. Joseph Health Center is the first recipient of the Missouri PRO Quality Award.
