Comments: We're not sure how Alice Little is able to continue in real estate. Our experience with her was so frustrating that we had to stop communicating with her & deal directly with the builders/sub-contractors in the middle of constructing our home. Changes made to the construction of our home were explicitly written/initialed by her. She initiated nothing. We had to follow up on everything. She would deny that we said certain things to her. She would tell prospective buyers that certain things were standard when building your home, have you sign your contract, and then days before closing, tell you that you owe thousands for "upgrades." Our experience is shared by many from our sdv. and the sdv. adjoining ours. In fact, there hasn't been one resident that has been remotely satisfied working with her. I happened upon this site while trying to find where we could write a formal complaint about her. After closing with another builder/realtors, we realized just how dishonest a realtor she is.
