Old Court House Museum

Located at Cherry, Jackson, Monroe and Grove Streets, the museum building was built in 1858 with slave labor. Thirty-foot columns support porticos on each side of the building and a restored courtroom contains original iron grillwork. Southern antebellum items and an outstanding collection of Civil War memorabilia are displayed.

Open Monday through Sunday; closed Christmas Day and Good Friday.
