La Provence Restaurant is a three star AAA rated restaurant, located in the heart of Bigfork. It serves quail terrine with Mediterranean apricots and prunes, French escargot on a potato cake with garlic parsley sauce, endive and fennel salad with orange and date enhanced with a walnut dressing, sauteed shrimp in herb butter with Spanish saffron risotto, pan seared duck breast with fresh grapes and port sauce, traditional French souffle, fillet mignon with a classical horseradish sauce with roasted baby potatoes, and carmelized banana tart in a pecan nut shell with white chocolate pastry cream. It also provides a private dining facility that seats up to 60 persons.
