Moon Light Dinners

Overlooking the Lee Metcalf Wilderness Area, Moon Light Dinners is a large yurt (circular, fixed walled tent). Inside the yurt they have family style seating at round tables. For dinner they provide baked French onion soup and warm bread for starters. The main course is fillet mignon with peppercorn sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies. Dinner is followed by toblerone chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and pound cake for dessert. They also provide a vegetarian or salmon substitute. The meal includes baked bread and refreshments such as hot chocolate, cider, coffee, tea, and soda pop.
