Hysham

The seat of Treasure County, Hysham is located 72 miles west of Miles City off I-90 on Rt. 79, on the banks of Yellowstone River. Hysham visitors are greeted by a panorama of green fields, pasture lands and strips of grain. Popular recreation areas include the Howery Island Wildlife Viewing Area and Isaac Homestead Wildlife Management Area.
