The major east-west freeway in Montana is Interstate 90. It enters the state from the west at Lookout Pass and passes through
Missoula before crossing
The Continental Divide just west of
Butte. As it continues across Montana, it passes through the cities of
Bozeman,
Billings, and
Glendive, before heading east into South Dakota.
