The Pewter Rose Bistro is an eclectic fine dining bistro and metropolitan night club, offering American food and wine. The chef and staff offer menus that are internationally-American, drawing on the diverse, ethnic and cultural heritage of the United States - relating it to the palate of the region. Local produce, fresh seafood, poultry, beef, pork, game meats, and vegetarian items are all interpreted in unique yet comfortable ways. It has an extensive wine list of over 500 selections. With emphasis on French and California wines, each has been hand selected. The bistro is able to serve seated dinners for up to 90 guests and cocktail and hors d'oevres parties for up to 300.
