The Bayou Kitchen offers a variety of cuisines such as Cajun Traditional, American Classic, and Texas Traditional. Cajun Traditional comes with cup of shrimp gumbo, chicken and sausage jambalaya, garden salad with choice of two dressings, Louisiana bread pudding with whiskey sauce and iced tea. American Classic comes with shrimp mousse with French bread, crab stuffed mushrooms, boneless slow cooked whole rib eye, white chocolate, Irish cream pie, tea and coffee. Texas Traditional includes Texas style beef BBQ, BBQ grilled chicken, pecos pinto beans, iced tea and lemonade.
