Asheville Yoga Center is a community center dedicated to offering all styles of hatha yoga to the public. They offer yoga classes for those in rehabilitation. Classes for pregnant women, children and really stressed out folks are also available. The yoga room has natural light, soothing colors, a floating wood floor system, high ceilings, a sound absorbing wall and ceiling system, and gentle lighting.
