Nestled in the heart of Colington in a classic Victorian house, Colington Café is known for its Back Fin crab cakes and She-crab bisque, as well as homemade desserts. Menu includes pastas, seafood, filet dishes and a variety of wines. Specials vary from pistachio encrusted salmon with jumbo lump crab meat, finished with a orange fennel beurre blanc, or shrimp and grits with red eye gravy or grilled filet mignon on blue cheese whipped potatoes and a peppercorn sauce and fried tobacco onions.
