North Topsail Beach North Carolina

North Topsail Beach is located in Onslow County between Wilmington and Sneads Ferry along Highway 210 on Topsail Island near Surf City, Stump Sound Waterway, and Alligator Bay. The name originates from its location at the north end of Topsail Island. The island is one of the most northern nesting sites in the world where loggerhead turtles come annually to lay their eggs and the only sea turtle hospital in North Carolina.

North Topsail Beach is part of the Jacksonville, North Carolina metro area.
