Surf City

Surf City is located in Pender County between Wilmington and Jacksonville, on Topsail Island, at the junction of Highways 50 and 210 near Holly Ridge and North Topsail Beach. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,233, an increase of 263 since 1990.
