Waccamaw Sailing Club

Founded in 1970, the Waccamaw Sailing Club is the hub of the lake's sailing activities. Facilities include two ramps for launching shallow draft boats, cruiser moorings, a pier, a sandy beach and swim area, a kitchen, shower rooms, decks and a large pavilion. Camping is available on the club grounds for members and regatta sailors. Club races under the Portsmouth Handicap system with multi-hull, monohull and cruiser classes.
