Smokey's was established on the Outer Banks in 1991. While the menu features Southern fare such as hushpuppies, fried chicken, North Carolina pork bbq, and barbecued country style ribs; Smokey's has also become a popular vacation destination for its seafood menu including fresh yellowfin tuna, homemade crabcakes, fried and steamed shrimp and fried clams. A children's menu is also offered. Smokey's has a full ABC license and can accommodate large groups.
