Unimed Medical Center

UniMed Medical Center in Minot, North Dakota, established its roots as the area's first hospital in 1911, and has grown to become a major regional referral center whose umbrella includes the 185-bed St. Joseph's Hospital as well as satellite clinics and outreach services in rural areas.

St. Joseph's Hospital became part of an umbrella organization known as UniMed Medical Center in 1995, and the five-story Physician Office Complex opened adjacent to the hospital. Quorum Health Services purchased UniMed from the Sisters of St. Francis in 1998.
