Pioneer Heritage Center

Located in Icelandic State Park, this center interprets the settlement of northeastern North Dakota 1870-1920. Twenty-two flags displayed in the foyer represent the various ethnic groups that settled in the area.

Historic buildings include a school, a homestead, a church, a community hall and a barn. Traveling exhibits, speakers and films are presented.
