The Prairie Rose Carousel is a fully restored 1926 Spillman and one of 150 operating antique carousels in the United States. Building construction to protect the carousel from the elements saw its completion on October 15, 1992. Thousands of volunteer hours and painstaking artwork have transformed this attraction into a wonderful year-round facility in Chahinkapa Park.
