Regent

Regent is located in southwestern North Dakota in Hettinger County about 40 miles southeast of Dickinson on the banks of the Cannonball River.

For sportsmen, the area is chock full of hanting and fishing opportunities. Upland birds consist of abundant populations of Pheasant, Sharptail Grouse and Hungarian Partridge. Big game consists of Whitetail, Mule Deer, and Antelope. The furbearers are Fox, Coyote, Jack Rabbit, Mink, Beaver, Muskrat, Raccoon, and Skunk. Prairie Dog towns can be found in several locations. In addition, smallish Larson Lake and Indian Creek Dam provide anglers with a variety of species and are within 15 miles of Regent.
