This historic park was founded in honor of the nation's bicentennial and pays tribute to Scandinavian and American heritage. The site features a 220-yr-old house from Sigdal, Norway which was dismantled and shipped to its present location in Minot and reassembled in the park. Other park highlights include a Norwegian stabbur, a Danish windmill, statues of famous Scandinavian Americans and the 'eternal flame'.
