The Chippewa reservation has its headquarters west of
Belcourt on Highway 5. The Turtle Mountain Heritage Center contains exhibits, archives, and authentic handmade crafts. Local lakes offer abundant fishing. The reservation also has facilities for golf and swimming. Recreational areas provide tent and trailer camping.
The Turtle Mountain Chippewa Casino on US Hwy 281 at Highway 5, is open 24 hours.
