Located in Schramm Park State Recreation Area, the aquarium has twelve tanks that display native fish and successfully introduced species in their natural habitats. Its 12,000 square feet include the aquarium, terrarium, natural history classroom, World Herald Auditorium, orientation and display area, and office space. A large terrarium houses various reptiles and amphibians. Films about a variety of nature topics are shown on a regular basis. Open year round except some major holidays.
