Comments: This is a very nice motel, we've been staying there for years, very good value, clean and safe, has breakfast in the morning and a pool, clean bathrooms (big selling point!), kid- and pet-friendly, can walk to restaurants, close to downtown. Not close to mall, Target, Wal-Mart, etc., but it's Kearney, it's not a long drive anyway. Very close to Interstate so good for traveling. Owners and desk staff are very friendly.
