An original land grant from King George the III of England, guests can enjoy the historic and pastoral setting of the Farm, situated on 65 acres of hardwood forest and pasture land. The Farm has been passed down in one family for over 200 years. Yo ur host, Rick Davis, is a descendent of John Thompson who was deeded a 1028 acre land grant in 1771 for "settling and cultivating the land." The Farm has 10 guest rooms individually decorated with family heirlooms. All rooms have views to the surr ounding mountains and pastures. Horseback Riding is available all year round at a discount to guests.
