Camp Moosilauke

Search Orford New Hampshire

Every day at Moosilauke is special because campers may find themselves on one of 50 different trips, at camp taking part in land sports, waterfront, or outdoor life activities, playing in a game versus another camp, or just relaxing with friends. On the waterfront, campers learn to do an "Eskimo" roll in a kayak, a "T" canoe rescue, jibing on a windsurfer and slalom waterskiing. Outdoor life classes focus on backpacking, orienteering, fishing, and other wilderness skills. On the playing fields, they learn to use a compound bow in archery, complete a successful hit, and run in baseball and develop an effective net game in tennis.
