The Eastman Inn bed and breakfast is a Georgian colonial built in 1777 which has operated as an Inn since the early 1900s. The inn is a stately, three storey, 34-room colonial with a wrap around porch overlooking the Moat Mountain Range. The Inn offers lodging in 14 guest rooms that feature king or queen beds, private baths, color cable televisions, air-conditioning, and in-room telephones for making unlimited free local calls. Other amenities may include gas-insert fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, antique ball-and-claw foot tubs, sitting areas, and private balconies. The inn is equipped with a complete fire protection system with sprinklers. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the porch and includes chicken walnut quiche, creme brulee French toast, crepes benedict or Southern biscuits with chocolate gravy. Fresh fruits complement the daily entrees.
