The Shepard Studios house up to 10 artists at a time, utilizing 3200 sq. ft. of communal studio space. The studios are divided into approximately 16' x 20' floorplans, with hardwood floors, domed plate glass windows, and the original pressed tin ceiling and walls. The space is a perfect environment for the working artist- in addition to the ample amounts of natural light, the facility is also equipped with overhead incandescent lights, running water, and ventilation.
