Beemerville is in Sussex County, in the Skylands Region. It is located on secondary route 505, between Plumbsock and Branchville.

Beemerville is just a few miles from the High Point State Park and the Stokes State Forest, and about 10 miles from the Delaware River and the Water Gap National Recreation Area.
