Bridgeport is located in Gloucester County, in the Delaware River Region. Bridgeport is situated at the junction of US Highways 130 and 322. Two miles northwest of this junction, Hwy 322 crosses the Delaware River to Pennsylvania over the Commodore Barry Bridge. Bridgeport is part of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-New Jersey metro area.
