The Knife and Fork was established in 1912. It serves American cuisine and has a super wine cellar. Salads are served with mayonnaise, French, Russian, Italian, or oil and vinegar dressing. Dining and banquet rooms are available. The beautiful Lowey room seats from twenty to eighty people graciously and is adorned with several accommodations including a private bar.
